Cadet Camp
One place I wish I could be right now is cadet camp in Vernon, this is my second time attending out of a select amount of cadets all over Canada. But this time I am going to a basic fitness course instead of a general training course. It starts in July and it lasts for about three weeks. We wake up early and start jogging around the camp, but the mess hall has good food so that kind of makes up for it. It is a bunch of buildings together at the south end of Vernon; barracks, mess hall, and so on. Each week we get paid $60 just for showing up and doing what they tell you to do. Basically what general training is you do a little bit of shooting, band, expedition, leadership and some fitness. Last year I did general training for 2 weeks, and I met a lot of people and had a lot of fun. I mostly look forward to it because I will have enough money to preorder Halo 4, the most highly anticipated game of the year, I cant wait until it comes out!

Me Time
What I like to do on my free time is go on Xbox live and play video games or watch movies. Mostly I like to play the Shivering Isles extension pack for Oblivion and act like a 6 year old whiner and make people rage while I am really getting killing sprees. But sometimes, while I am doing that, my free time crashes and burns and then I have to do something like bring cooking supplies to my mom. After that is done, I go downstairs and see that my team loses. Now that made me rage, it makes me rage even more when the rest of my team sucks and I have to try to hold up the team and get the kills for them. Fortunately, I get a lot of money afterwards because of my rank. Anyways, now I want to talk about the game Oblivion. Just like any other elder scrolls game, it takes place in medieval times. Right now, I have gone into the Shivering Isles bonus content. Basically, you have discovered a door to the realm of madness, not only that you have to be loyal to your enemy, a daedric prince, the daedric princes are the rulers of the world of Oblivion, which is the same as hell.

My Spring Break
On my spring break I did multiple things, but the one I am going to talk about is scuba diving in the recreational center pool. Yes I know how weird that sounds, but I did do it. We learned how to use the air regulators and buttons for elevation in the water. My brother would always float to the top, even if he had no air in his jacket and he was carrying a 30-pound air tank on his back. Also, we learned how to breathe underwater and how to control the button that pushed air into your mouth. You have to hold the regulator upside down so that the air doesn't push out and get wasted. Before we even went in the pool, we had half an hour lesson in a classroom that taught us the basics of scuba, how to put on the equipment and safety. I plan on using these skills when we go on vacation so I don't have to take the class again. When we were in Mexico, my Dad took a scuba lesson and went diving when we visited Las Caletas. I want to do something like that next time. I want to see lots of sea life, and it would be cool if there was a reef.
Speaking of water and swimming, I also went for a free swim in the rec center pool for about an hour, it was really fun! I mostly went off the high dive and did cannonballs.

A little bit of art
In most cases, I have been the little kid who was creating questionable artwork but I was so young I couldn't understand what the recipients were thinking. Sometimes they just said "Thanks'" and walked off to their class. I do not think that I have been the receiver before. But here is an example of what could happen... As you can see, it is funny sometimes, but it is still important to encourage the little kid no matter what. Although you sometimes forget that and ask what it is and the kid just walks away frowning and then you do not feel so good.
But still, sometime you may not know that and you start to wonder why they are sad.
When we are young, we are sometimes not so gifted with our drawing skills, but always with a little practice you can draw some pretty cool artwork. But sometimes you are too hard on yourself and you crumple the paper and you don't draw in a long time which will not help your drawing skills. So keep trying, even though you might not be a Leonardo Davinci, people will hopefully be able to tell what you are trying to draw!

Adrenaline
As you can tell this post is about adrendaline. One of my experiences would be gouging out a chunk of my leg (long story)and driving down a hill on my bike with no hands (yay). One time my brother was watching T.V and my brother saw this show called the adrendaline project, it is about kids who have signed up on a show that is based on. Survival of the fittest. The losers go home and the winner always gets a prize of some kind. Some examples of adrendaline is a hard obstacle course or a fat guy running for nachos. Nnnaaaaccchhooossss!!!!!!

Fix it with a Fist
Sometimes a smack is needed to fix things. When my dad was in the military, his gun was jammed because of the humidity and dirt, so he smacked it and it started working again. Of course he was very careful not to have it pointed at anyone! I love it when people are trying to set up a T.V and they give up and throw the remote and it starts to work again and they freak out because they have spent so much time trying to fix it and a smack fixes it. Sometimes, your bag of chips might get stuck in the vending machine, and some gentle nudging will get it to fall. While this method is not recommended with children or animals, it works better with mechanical objects. An example is Fonzie and the jukebox from the show Happy Days. He would often kick it to get it working. In this clip, he fixes the problem of racism with one punch.
Very seldom is smacking something a good thing, but every now and then it is useful.
P.S: I think Fonzie was exposed to some gamma radiation, to have powers like that!
